By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and purchase information.
You’re responsible for safeguarding your login details and all activity under your account.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All Argylemma items are made to order through print-on-demand partners. Because products are custom printed, slight variations in color or placement may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Cancellations
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Since production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order has been submitted.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, you’ll be contacted using the email provided at checkout.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Taxes, shipping, and import duties are not always included and may be the buyer’s responsibility.
By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Fulfillment and delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is given to the carrier.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first, then email aidengilman04@gmail.com within 7 days.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact aidengilman04@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, text, images, designs, and other materials on this website are owned by Argylemma or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, email us with details and we’ll investigate promptly.
8. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Argylemma a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in marketing and promotional materials.
You confirm that you own or control the rights to any content you share and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or any law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
