Return & Refund Policy

At Argylemma, every product is made to order — printed and fulfilled just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at aidengilman04@gmail.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • It must be in the same condition you received it

  • It must include the original packaging and proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and full instructions.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or sender’s address without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing or color preference

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

We also do not accept returns on perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

Since all products are custom printed, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order after your return or refund has been processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
