Thank you for supporting Argylemma.
Each product you order is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Because everything is produced on demand, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 2–5 business days to print, pack, and prepare for shipment.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

  • Please note that during high-volume periods (drops, holidays, or promotions), processing times may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

After your order is fulfilled, average delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates only — actual delivery time depends on your location, local postal service, and customs clearance if applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your location.
Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your country’s postal authority are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it’s returned to us — additional shipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors first.

  2. Contact the carrier for more details.

  3. If still unresolved, email aidengilman04@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and tracking info.

We’ll help contact Printful and investigate the issue.
Please note that Argylemma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

Printful fulfills orders from various facilities worldwide, including the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Europe.
Your order will ship from the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible.

Preorders or Limited Drops

For preorder or limited-edition items, estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together once all items are ready.
